Job Title - Head - Mid Market
Location - Mumbai
Function - Sales
Reporting - Sales Director
Objective / Purpose of duty:
Grow and Manage Mid Market / Commercial Segment for DD-India and Drive the GTM and Integration with NTT Group companies. Profitability, employee and client satisfaction would also be the key drivers in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving, booking revenue and profit targets for the segment with Complete P&L responsibility.
2. Should have related experience and Proven track record of meeting Sales goals in Mid Market space in India.
3. Drive client engagement & partner relationship in the segment.
4. Networking with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influences.
5. Ability to construct & execute a multiyear business plan.
6. Build & nurture a successful national sales team addressing the segment.
7. Identifying emerging trends & share the company's response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in this sector.
8. Build strong DD value proposition through Account Plans.
9. Create and drive unique compelling services that address the business solutions.
10. Develop aggressive hunting strategy in this segment
11. To interface and communicate effectively with CXO/C- level people.
12. Drive the NTT sell-to, Sell-with and Sell-through business.
13. Develop and drive the GTM strategy with NTT group companies in India.
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum 15+ years
- Any Graduate with MBA preferred
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
- Ability to provide guidance and leadership to professional personnel
- Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals
