Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an HR Leader to play a leadership role in our well-funded organization. The person must be passionate about HR and deep understanding of HR issues, best practices, pain points and will be a part of the core team. The person will play a key role in defining and executing our overall direction and strategy. The person will be responsible for:

1. defining the scope of our technology solutions and services for HR

2. being the voice of customer in the group

3. working closely with user groups to validate and refine offering

4. being the HR evangelist inside and outside the organization. Work with technology and marketing to prepare HR community engagement initiatives and marketing initiatives

5. leading the customer service and implementation functions

Job Specifications:

Skills and Competencies:

1. 2-6 years- experience in functions across HR

2. Should have exposure across compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance and other core HR functions

3. Should have exposure to local regulations, best practices in HR and Labor

4. Should be aware of and have exposure in implementing systems and process to improve HR efficiency, streamlining processes, and cost reduction

5. Entrepreneurial mindset with never give up attitude

6. Strong Analytical and organizational skills

7. Proven ability to manage and execute initiatives and projects

8. Quick learner and able to acquire new skills swiftly

9. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate thoughts to large groups both orally and through written presentation,

Qualifications:

1. MBA from tier I university (IIM, ISB, XLRI, Symbiosis, SP Jain, etc)

2. High involvement and network across the HR community in India
