Introduction :   The company is working towards creating exciting fin-tech products and platforms for banks to help them to disrupt rather than getting disrupted by fin-tech competitors. Digital interactions are increasingly becoming the primary way customers interact with the bank.   As a Digital Technical Architect you will have the opportunity to design products and platforms to be used by banks and help up building a technology roadmap for our organization. Who we're looking for :   We are looking for Digital Technical Architect, who can play key role in designing the company's future products and platforms. These include designing Omni-channel (mobile, tablet, web and wearable) banking applications.   As a minimum requirement you will :   - Must be a team player, ready to work with diverse set of people.   - Have up to date knowledge of Mobile and web technologies required for Omni-Channel architectures and Service Oriented Architecture.   - Should be passionate about creating products.   - Have strong stakeholder management & engagement skills, effective at all levels   - Possess well-developed negotiation & facilitation skills   - Have experience in leading teams including task management & mentoring   - Ready to work in Bangalore South. If you are not in Bangalore, you should be ready to relocate to Bangalore preferably in south of Bangalore.   You will have the following Domain Knowledge and Experience :   Prior experience :   - 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in architecting web and digital products.   - Hands-on experience in architecting at least one traditional web product and more than one digital product using modern mobile technologies as solution/technical architect. We would need you to present your work portfolio.   Expertise :   - Expert in modern mobile and web development, Omni-channel and multi-tenancy architecture, containerization, security frameworks and best practices across full stack development  - Experience of hybrid/near native application design and development, utilizing JavaScript frameworks such as Angularjs, Reactjs, EmberJs along with Nodejs or using Ruby on Rails, Python/PHP   - Experience with performance and security challenges for web and mobile architectures.   - Worked extensively using design patterns including MVC and MVVM   - Experience with Responsive Web Design   - Architected product based on open source frameworks and API centric architecture.   - Experience of native application development for iOS, Android or WP10 - desirable   - TOGAF certified preferable   Process & Tools :   - Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in working within SCRUM development teams   - Experience with Continuous Integration and DevOps   - Experience of UML and UML design tools such as Rational Software Architect - desirable   - Good knowledge in Automated testing tools   - Leading peer review processes and best practices   3. What you'll be doing :   You- ll be a recognized expert and task leader who is responsible for the architecting/design of our future products. You will also provide consultancy and support services as required.   Key Accountabilities will include :   - Produce and recommend technical architecture for our products   - Contribute and validate estimates and quotes for the proposed architecture, help in creating the business case   - Provide design and technical support, carry out technical quality reviews during the engineering life-cycle of the product.   - Work with engineering team to roll out the product into production.   - Contribute in sales, pre-sales, marketing by developing relationships with external stakeholders, providing inputs related to technical architecture   - Help in the building the technology roadmap for the organization   - Build working relationships internally and with associated strategic partners   - Help to drive continuous improvements across your assigned domain and within the Technical Practice   - Help to develop trainees and transfer specialist technical experience
