Job summary
Develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales organizations through process re-engineering, sales talent management, incentive management, and operations optimization.
This role is for a Digital Sales who will provide deep skills to help clients with Digital-driven strategy and business planning to deliver value in: Sales Strategy and Sales operations, Channel Strategy and Design, Channel Partner Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Processes Design and Documentation, Sales Compensation & Reward and Sales Operations Optimization.
Job Description:
Responsibilities may include:
- Project Delivery: Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients, typically in:
- Digital and Social Media Strategy
- Channel Mix Assessment and Strategy
- Online Sales Channels Management
- Channel and Sales Incentive Compensation
- Sales Mobility and Digital Enablement of Sales Force
Sales Analytics:
- Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the S&CS practice
- Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 - 5 years of corporate/consulting experience in the Products/ Communications & High Tech/ Financial Services industry, with significant exposure to:
- Digital and Social Media Strategy
- Channel Mix Assessment and Strategy
- Online Sales Channels Management
- Channel and Sales Incentive Compensation
- Sales Mobility and Digital Enablement of Sales Force
- Sales Analytics
- Experience in managing Online sales channels is desirable

- Awareness of latest market trends and digital business drivers globally
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven ability to critically analyze data and draw coherent conclusions
- Team player and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
- Comfortable working with the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executives in a range of environments
- Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility as perceived by those with whom s/he will work
