We are hiring a Digital Product Manager to be based out in Chennai and handle TPP specific products. Details of the role is given below.  The role of the product manager spans many activities from strategic to tactical, bridging gaps within the company between different functions. Person will be responsible for defining the why, what, and when; of the product that the engineering team will build.   While the visioning includes details on the market opportunity, target customers, positioning, a competitive analysis, all focused on delivering unique product, the execution covers ideation, features planning, release planning, and the go-to- market plan.  Digital product manager (DPM) will be the CEO of his product, working with cross-functional teams from a product&#39;s conception through to its launch. He is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for that product or product line. He needs to often analyse market and competitive conditions and lay out a product vision that is differentiated and deliver unique value based on customer demands.  Digital product manager must be obsessed on improving customer experience quality   Digital product manager is responsible for setting a product vision and strategy and must clearly articulate the business value to all other teams involved. DPM must plan for what their teams will deliver and when they will deliver it along with managing features and dependencies in and across releases; and managing releases with phases and milestones.  Product managers own ideation -- the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. They collect, curate, and promote the most relevant ideas into features. They know which ideas should be promoted to features -- the ones that will achieve key objectives for the product line and business. They also ensure that key feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into their product planning and development processes.  The DPM defines the features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete product to market and lead the product team to success. They are responsible for articulating the - what- and working with engineering to determine the - when.  DPM co owns the business targets on the product line and works with business teams to achieve the same. DPM would be responsible to own revenue and cost targets for their specific products; and that they will have to work closely with the digital acquisition and engagement team on Go to Market and ongoing engagement initiatives.  Key responsibilities:  Some key result areas for a DPM would be,  Develop deep understanding of customer needs/insights for the development of Digital Assets User experience, products and services  Own the web/mobi/app/SSK digital design activities and be obsessed with improving the user experience  Drive continuous improvement of our digital experience based on deep analytics and insights on a daily basis  Management of a robust and updated product catalogue and always up-to- date content.  Ensure that the site performance is as per quality benchmarks along with IT.  Identify key customer experience and business benefits, cost savings and revenue enhancements associated with any new concepts, clearly agreeing the goals, objectives, and scope of a project or initiative  Complete detailed analysis and benchmarking of competitors proposition, marketing communications and capabilities to propose best of breed features /enhancements across multi-channel touch points to drive revenue enhancement or improve customer experience   Optimising existing functionality to drive revenue or improve conversion through refining and improving user journeys, making calls to action both prominent and relevant, and removing all impediments to a successfully converting customer experience   Identify and drive through short-term initiatives that enhance the performance of the department KPIs alongside longer term projects   Define anticipated time, budget and scope working with IT and third party business suppliers for inclusion in business case or rationale   Work with team to understand management information and analyse trends and user research to inform, determine and define appropriate customer experience for the digital channel  Keep abreast of industry trends, to ensure our digital offerings stays ahead of the competition, and research topics thoroughly to ensure ABPB is innovating in line with its brand values.  Exploit opportunities to develop digital channels to enhance revenue, reduce costs, optimise conversion or improve customer experience  Responsible for, ensuring all business activities are delivered within timescales and to budget  Create and own the business project plan for the business elements of the project and ensure dependencies are factored into the IT delivery plan and vice versa including provision of all business led documentation for the IT Project Process e.g. BRDs, building use cases, Business Case, and Stakeholder Management in time for sign off where appropriate  As Product Owner, convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every release and sprint, participating in daily stand ups, sprint planning & review meetings and retrospectives as well as leading end of iteration show and tells   Work with IT Project Managers where appropriate to plan any deliverables defined within the IT Project Methodology  Manage key stakeholders and business customer's expectations throughout any project or channel initiative through regular communications.   Work with IT Project Managers and Testing teams to plan and manage the testing and required quality assurance of change. Complete overall sign off of the project or continuous improvement cycle on behalf of the business  Implement regular progress reporting and communications to all business areas and business stakeholders detailing project progress, advising of any scope change and celebrating project success across ABPB at launch and as objectives and milestones are achieved.  Ensure operational effectiveness of Website. Ensure business monitoring of Website performance, key service level agreements and key performance indicators .  Generate unique and disruptive ideas for digital product  Liaise with the product team to identify and develop the disruptive ideas  Ability to devise disruptive customer journeys and bring to life product ideas  Work with the Design and development teams and external service providers to develop the digital platform  Conduct market surveys, obtain customer feedback to continuously test the various product ideas  Liaise with content partners to ensure seamless content ingestion  Manage Integration with internal bank systems  Identify new features and functionalities for the product and support the development of the same with platform partner  Liaise with Engagement teams, product teams, content partner and platform partner to resolve issues  Identify and deliver special campaigns to boost the usage of the various functionalities and features along with the digital engagement team   Generate and analyze performance reports for the app/site and identify necessary action to be taken  Undertake any other activities required in day-to- day management of the app and platform  TPP includes products which includes Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds and Debentures, Alternate Investment Products and other non-MF platform products. Life Insurance, General Insurance, Capital Market products and services  To interact with Product team to understand and promote the Third party products bank has tied up for.  - Must possess the Analytical skills to evaluate various product ideas and ideas to convert to digital channel quickly  - Ability to quickly understand / anticipate the business requirement and outline the business benefit  - Will have to make regular interactions with various product manufacturers along with product team to identify attractive product options  - Prepare various analytical reports including product notes, market update, product factsheets, etc. for digital consumption  - Organise webinars to promote an investment opportunity or guide them on their portfolios, etc.
