Digital Product Manager - Automotive OEM

POSITION SUMMARY:

Product Manager will work directly with Client, Automotive Business Teams to deliver digital transformation through project execution - focus on product management including concept development, product delivery and product management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions, interact with uses through interviews and research

- Work with design team to create and gain understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys

- Develop features, user stories

- Champion of MVP concept. Create product backlog and release plan

- Provide insights into product, technology and market trends

- Develop, monitor and report on product KPIs

- Gather and manage product feedback through customer feedback including surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing

- Define product vision to all stakeholders including business, engineering and design teams

- Participate in strategic planning discussions with technical, business, and client stakeholders

- Act as liaison between technical and non-technical counterparts and Manage outsourced technical team for successful product releases.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g, computer science, others)

- An MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)

- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably within top tier consulting and industry settings or in a digital startup

- Working knowledge of Agile and scrum methodology.

- Strong track record of being recognized as a true team leader with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Outstanding all-around problem solving skills

- Interpersonal/ communication skills, including:
