We are looking at candidates who can handle online digital platform (Website) in which offers are to be listed out. and also who can coordinate with Analytics team within the bank and with Merchants to create different kinds offer for customers to increase their spends on cards which in turn generates revenue for the company.

Smart buy Retail :

- Regional Retail merchants would be providing offers to bank credit, debit and net banking customers. The Job entitles management of the key offerings from the merchant

- Merchants in turn would expect visibility of their offerings in key customer touch points

- The program is primary to branding of key offerings to our customers using their debit/credit cards

- Management of vendors who would provide us with such key offers.

- The offers would be under various categories.

- Work with Analytical teams like CIU, BIU and RAU to understand the how the offers can be utilised well and have deeper impact in areas where the offer is provided

Dimensions :

- Total No of offers listed on smart buy

- Offers from merchants + Offers from the bank to be provided as a combined offer

- Merchant categories to be in line with Online marketplace

- Ensuring budgets on offers are kept at a check especially when engaging with vendors to acquire offers

Ideally looking candidates who are handling Digital platform and had analytical Knowledge.
