- Continue to build strong, vocal communities on Facebook, Twitter and other platforms like Instagram. Use social listening tools (Netbase, Unmetric) to manage online reputation; leverage technology and processes to ensure industry leading response rates and online consumer sentiment.

- Be the voice of the digital consumer- Cull insights and feedback from digital conversations and share
