Digital Marketing - Promising Fintech player

Hiring for a digital marketing professional for a promising Fintech firm that is growing rapidly, working in a fast-paced environment, and always open to new ideas. We are looking for an adaptive leader who can take a proactive approach to managing social and digital marketing platforms as the team continues to grow.

Job Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns across the organization

- Design, build and maintain company's social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as needed

- Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

About You :

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

- Strong certifications in Digital marketing

- Strong knowledge of all aspects of SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Proficiency in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to make complex information easy to manage, navigate, and understand

- Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to think outside the box and constantly innovate alongside our rapidly growing and evolving business model
