Digital Marketing - QSR (4-8 yrs)

Looking for candidates for Digital Marketing role with one of the leading QSR, to based at Gurgaon.

JD:

Duties and Responsibilities :

Digital & Social Marketing - Build the most loved digital brand in India

- Innovation on content thinking to sustain leadership position.

- Inspire business impacting mass media ideas through digital / social initiatives.

- Leverage cutting edge technology to create powerful digital campaigns that attract high consumer participation, and drive business objectives.

- Continue to build strong, vocal communities on Facebook, Twitter and other platforms like Instagram. Use social listening tools (Netbase, Unmetric) to manage online reputation; leverage technology and processes to ensure industry leading response rates and online consumer sentiment.

- Be the voice of the digital consumer- Cull insights and feedback from digital conversations and share them internally.

Consumer Engagement:

- Build Radio our consumer engagement platform, into a well recognized national program to promote amateur musical talent across the country

- Create a Radio event calendar. Appoint & supervise 3rd party agency to execute the program.

PR:

- Breakthrough thinking on PR campaigns to multiply the impact of calendar initiatives in partnership with the PR agency.

- Build on the idea of Wish Bucket and make it a sustainable property for the company

- Manage online and offline crises, liaise with internal PR, Legal and corporate affairs teams to manage the response process.

Skills Required :

- Strong analytical and communication skills, command over language

- Good understanding of the digital space / new media channels

- Creative appreciation

- Excellent on follow-through and project management

- Experience in working with advertising agency / research and media agency will be a plus

- Team player

- Self-starter

- Experience on sales / top line responsibilities
