Responsibilities   - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns  - Design, build and maintain our social media presence  - Define the content strategy across all channels  - Set up email marketing and content marketing in place  - Optimise spend across channels   - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals   - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights  - Brainstorm new and creative growth hacking methods.   - Collaborate with Technology/Product to implement changes  Exposure:   - Formulating end to end 360- Digital Marketing Strategies for each and every channels of marketing for B2C as well as B2B models.  - Looking after the branding activities, Ad Copy and banner communication, creative, Devising and forecasting sales strategy.  - Develop programs to increase brand awareness, brand preference, and deepen customer engagement across all platforms.  - Campaign Analytics to measure the channel wise effectiveness and overall impact of marketing programs.  Candidates should be preferably from Kolkata.  Arpita
