Digital Marketing Manager - Internet/Online (2-6 yrs)
- Responsible for working with the marketing team, develop and implement high quality digital marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for executing tasks with a professional marketing skill-set with good digital and communications skills.
- Driving digital marketing strategy. Areas of focus include digital content management, keyword research, search engine optimization (SEO), all social media strategies & campaign management.
- Responsible for working in a dynamic, and fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Stay updated in all areas of digital marketing communications to multiple audiences including all aspects of website design, direct email campaigns, social media, SEM and SEO.
- Monitoring and evaluating the success of digital marketing campaigns using performance reporting and analytics and making recommendations for necessary amendments and improvements.
- Improving the website content and user experience to increase engagement.
- Develop strategies that increase traffic, demand and conversion.
- Responsible for the regular maintenance and monitoring of website, social media, CRM and contact database.
- Suggest digital strategies that complement the company's sales and marketing efforts.
- Responsible for dealing with all the relevant digital marketing aspects.
- Develop and execute high impact digital & social brand communications campaigns.
- Execute campaigns, increase traffic and improve page rankings.
- Build and manage the brand marketing function, strategize, develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos.
- Creating, managing and growing the company's presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online social properties.
- Work closely with digital marketing and marketing technology resources to execute campaigns
- Manage participation in various events, and plan and organize own events/conferences/roundtables to generate awareness and lead generation opportunity
- Work with Product Management team to incorporate product strategy, value proposition, use cases, and functionality in marketing messaging
- Participate in marketing planning, budgeting, and product development discussions and contribute insights
- Ensure regular media coverage through press release, PR programs, mentions in domain/industry relevant articles, interviews, etc.
- Manage analyst relations program, ensure regular engagement with key analysts and ensure coverage in relevant reports
Requirements:
- A well-qualified digital marketer having 2 - 6 year experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrate sound understanding of the latest advancements in digital media and ability to effectively utilize these to generate leads.
- Demonstrable experience in running multi-channel marketing programs, delivering tangible results in terms of improving awareness and generating demand
- Able to demonstrate a full understanding of aspects of analytics, SEO and campaign development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high level of attention to detail, strong presentation, organization and project management skills
- Experience implementing multi-platform social media campaigns.
- Aptitude to understand technical, complex concepts and the ability to create marketing messages out of technical information
- Ability to report and analyze digital marketing responses for all channels.
- Competent in researching and assimilating information without supervision
- Good level of numeracy, including the ability to work within an allocated budget.
- Well hands on experience in PPC, Google Adwords, paid channels,etc
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university/college
