Position Summary:
- The incumbent would be responsible to significantly increase the revenue of Infant Care business through online platforms.
- The person will be solely responsible for the performance of all digital/social media campaigns.
- The incumbent will support new and existing digital business development activities with emerging and current platform partners.
- He/she would also identify, analyze and develop digital opportunities for areas such as online, social media and mobile devices.
Key Accountabilities: This position needs to ensure the following:
- Create digital strategy aligned to overall Company Strategy.
- Create an annual digital marketing calendar and build digital programs that will help achieve the objectives laid out in the digital strategy as well as the overall brand objectives
- Develop implement and monitor new campaigns associated with product launches
- Create, manage, and analyze all digital media campaigns across multiple platforms and search engines to ensure acquisition and conversion goals are met
- Day-to-day management of digital media/social networking campaigns including coordinating creative production with agency partners for marketing material and content apps for mobile/social platforms, social media comment generation and responses, landing page optimization, budget management
- Work with development teams to improve site architecture for SEO, recommend content and user experience development strategies
- Drive in-depth quantitative analyses and reporting of digital media performance metrics
- Primary point of contact and subject matter expert for digital paid media and social platform experiences with both internal and external contacts
- Work with the Digital Media Agency, Advertising Agencyand Leadership Team to set goals, refine strategy, and review progress
- Research emerging technologies as well as competitor’s digital strategy for industry best practices and opportunities to improve internal tools and capabilities of paid media
- Devise tools and scorecards that will measure performance on digital marketing as well as its impact on the overall brand equity
Major Challenges:
- Aligning internal and external stakeholders on the digital roadmap for the brand for the year
- Project management skills need to be extraordinary to ensure things get delivered on time
Qualification and Experience:
- The ideal candidate will be someone who has personally managed and executed large-scale digital media programs by going beyond conventional executions and delivering best in class experiences to drive deeper, enriching and lasting relationships with the TG
Essential:
- 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in digital media marketing, social media management, mobile and email marketing, driving user experience
- Good understanding of SEO/digital paid media best practices/SMM/Google Analytics/ Pay Per Click (PPC) optimization, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, A/B Testing as well as a working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies
- Excellent analytical skills to assess ROI and program effectiveness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detail required
