The ideal candidate should exhibit a strategic mindset focusing on long term benefit for the company and partners, with the ability to work in a fast paced innovative climate.   Requirements :  Excellent in developing & rolling-out winning go-to-market strategies for product launches & product line extensions based on client's requirements and target audiences  - Significant experience in managing Marketing, Digital Marketing & Advertising in Indian as well as National & International markets ; built & launched key Indian brands in both B2C & B2B segments  Spearheading the development, management and implementation of marketing strategies/tactics to meet set goals  - Conducting research/piloting new channels to continually position company as a leader & ensuring that marketing is optimized across brand touch points, with a full understanding of the social/mobile landscape  - Leading management all web marketing efforts and significantly increasing quality lead conversions from all sources, including paid search, display, content, retargeting, organic search & social media  - Developing budget and monitoring & controlling all costs associated with corporate-wide digital marketing programs;  - tracking campaign costs, performance and ROI throughout the demand generation lifecycle
