Digital Marketing Head/Team Lead

We are looking forward to setup a Global CRM team in India to support the CRM initiatives across all 40+ countries, meaning excellent exposure and interesting challenge to operate across 10+ languages and timezones.

Job Responsibilities:

- You lead the India team that supports the Global CRM activities of Foodpanda across all 40+ countries.

- You'll lead a team of designers, copywriters, campaign managers to execute campaigns and be responsible for their efficiency, productivity and performance.

- You will frequently coordinate with the head office in Berlin, and regional teams on ongoing activities and new initiatives.

- Deep Understanding of Email / Push / Multi-channel marketing processes - campaign design, production, html, QA, dispatch, split runs, reporting.

- Strong Analytical and Reporting Abilities

- Excellent people management and communication skills

- Smart project management, with process and performance orientation.

- Communication must be very good
