Position: Digital Marketing Head

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 5-13 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handling end to end Digital Marketing activities

- Setting Short term & Long term marketing goals for the Brand

- Budget Planning and bifurcation amongst various Digital Initiatives - SEO, SEM, PPC, Alliances etc.

- Leading the Digital Marketing team - recruiting fresh talent, retaining the existing talent and making sure that the team members work towards the common goals

- Planning & Supervising SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media for the brand

- Analytics & Reporting

- Vendor Management

- Brand Awareness & Visibility

- Strategic Tie-ups with other brands

- Identify, Interpret and Capitalize on Marketing Trends

- Manage Promotional Strategy

- Development of Online Subscriber Acquisition Strategy and Execution

- Oversee and provide Thought Leadership to the Development of Digital Content and Partnership strategies to increase traffic and penetration of target customers and marketing partners

- Formulate Strategic Recommendations, Creative Briefs, Performance Metrics, and other related marketing requirements

- Assess new Online Marketing Opportunities, provide Insightful Analysis and Recommendations

- Leverage Analytics to establish, interpret, and analyse critical online KPI targets and take appropriate action in order to meet targets for campaign performance improvement

- Tracking Online Reputation of the Brand.

- Planned Digital Marketing strategies for brands

- Responsible for Social Media Marketing, Product Launches, Ad Campaigns, Web Applications, Online PR, Emailers, SEM Campaigns, Banner Advertising & more

To perform this job successfully, the individual should have a comprehensive understanding of:

- Business planning and eCommerce strategy development

- E-commerce business models and financial services industry (trends, competitors, distribution channels, customer base, promotion, and products.

- 6-12 years of eCommerce experience Proven ability to develop/implement a successful e-commerce strategy in the financial services industry.
