Key responsibilities of the role:
- Business Development: Support efforts of Industry leads to identify and win potential opportunities for the practice
- Project Delivery: Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery
- Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients
- Independently handle project work stream, with limited supervision
- Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in various sub segments. Develop deep skills and experience in specialized industry offerings
- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
Key Competencies and Characteristics:
- Ability to perform in different scopes of consulting projects - For e.g. Strategy, process design, delivery/execution, value assessment driven by data analysis, research and benchmarking
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
- Digital: Experience in designing/implementingdigital marketing strategy in sales, service, marketing, branding etc. Experience in handling multi-channel digital experience, convergence, in vehicle media, etc.
- Should have worked in any of the following areas:
- Brand Manager – Digital marketing/ Interactive Marketing with good experience of handling digital agencies
- Account Manager with one of the top digital or creative firms handling digital marketing for Auto/IE clients
- Extensive digital marketing exposure owing to working with an e-commerce or online company
- Consulting experience with digital, e-commerce projects for Auto/ IE clients (preferably with large international companies)
- Should understand and have an exposure to
- Digital Marketing
- Website/Portal build with ecommerce and social media integration from marketing perspective
- Facebook /mobile apps for brand promotions
- Mobile, email, social media marketing
- SEO/SEM
- Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc.)
- Digital advertising metrics and Return on Investment
- Vendor/client management
- Any exposure to web hosting and technical build will be a plus
- Should be skilled in using MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint
