Job Profile:  - Responsible for optimizing ROI and growth of various online marketing channels, business development, sourcing new alliances and exploring new marketing opportunities.   - The role is responsible for leading the digital marketing (Web & Mobile), social media marketing and communication strategy for all digital and social media platforms to build the corporate brand / program brand and to enhance the member engagement across all digital and social media platforms to drive business objectives and define the overall digital marketing strategy & roadmap for the next few years.  He will be responsible of making marketing decisions and the sales generation through the multiple channels:  - Facebook: Responsible for revenue growth. Facebook Cost to Revenue Ratio has been optimized to almost half of previous values and have now ensured all FB marketing is done in-house.  - Re-targeting: Responsible for managing re-targeting partners (both display & Facebook) and modifying retargeting strategy as per strategic needs.  - Display marketing: Responsible for rate negotiations, display strategies, audience segmentation and ensuring high ROI through various display channels/partners  - Email affiliates: Identification of target databases, pricing and deal negotiations with vendors to ensure high ROI. Involved in deciding and strategizing what is to be promoted through email affiliates, keeping the conversion rates and pricing in mind  - Marketplace partnerships: Responsible for tie-ups. Designed/ discussed end to end - Sale to delivery process, return policies, margin negotiations, among others
