- eCommerce / Sales for B2C and B2B (small offices, Medium and Large Enterprises)

- Mobile app development specifically in Customer Care domain

- Customer selfcare B2B (Medium and Large Enterprises)

Sales User Experience personalization (B2C and B2B - small offices)

You will be a design Authority in the several projects we are engaged in.

- This means good presentational skills

- Ability to manage stakeholders

- Delegate and team responsibility management

- Good communication skills

- Based on the domain following skills / knowledge is good to have (but not a necessity to have all):

- CRM solutions (Clarify, Wizard, other CRM solution)

- eCommerce solutions (proprietary, OOTB)

- Mobile applications (Hybrid - native / HTML 5 based - iOS / Android)

Integration experience including SOA based integrations / REST-JSON integration

- Web Service Security (oAuth model)

- Web UI knowledge and experience

- Telco domain knowledge (OSS / BSS - triple play / quad play companies - understanding telco specific information model)

- Understanding the impact of different Implementation methodologies (SCRUM / Waterfall / Prince)

- Knowledge of architectural frameworks

- Tools like JIRA / Wiki / Sharepoint

Technical requirement for 'Ecommerce

- Experience in developing, implementing and supporting ATG based eCommerce web solutions

- Experience in a development methodology Desirable

- Consulting experience in a major organisation

Retail domain experience Skills:

Knowledge and experience in:

- ATG(Commerce, Dynamo, BCC, CA, CSC, Search)

- J2EE(JSP, Servlet, JMS, EJB)

- Oracle DB & PL/SQL

Application server(JBoss/Weblogic/Websphere)

- integration tools(XML, UML)
