Digital Head - Digital & Industry Subject Matter Expert

Digital and Industry subject matter expert with experience in defining and executing digital strategies and transformation initiatives for large-scale organisations in target industries. Expertise in defining digital marketing, and Omni-channel digital transformation strategies. Passionate about the Customer Journey.

- Digital evangelist shaping and - selling- strategic programmes and solutions to key stakeholders (clients or internal)

Experience:

- Overall experience of 6 - 20 years - Ideally 10+ years of relevant experience gained within strategic online/web/mobile/digital leadership positions within a large Corporates or Consulting organisation within target Industries.

- Executive presence: Ability to engage the client at various levels (including the C-Level) of their organization, strong presentation and facilitation skills, ability to structure and facilitate workshops, ability to identify opportunities for digital transformation programs - on his/her feet- .

- Should possess strong Industry Domain knowledge in one or two vertical industries - key verticals are Telecom, Banking & Insurance, Engineering and Construction, Utilities, Healthcare, Government, Retail and CPG.

- Should have breadth of knowledge across and depth in one or two of the enabling technologies like Analytics and BI, Big Data, Cloud, Mobility, Social, Automation, Enterprise Portals, Enterprise Content Management, SOA and Integration - experience in UX and Design Thinking would be a plus

- Good understanding of emerging technologies like Cognitive, AI/Deep Learning, IoT/E and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality

- Significant experience in Digital Channels, Omni-channel, eco-systems and integrated back-end systems

- Should have experience and familiarity with Agile design concepts, DevOps, Continuous Integration

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Excellent team building, leadership and interpersonal skills

- Programme delivery leadership and experience
