Job Description:

Director Delivery

Job Location: Bangalore

Exp: 15 + Yrs of Experience

The delivery head role demands that that the candidate be able to deliver multiple customer engagements with good excellent execution skills and quality. The candidate will be required to led lead multiple teams in delivery, sustenance engineering and operations. While the platform and the product teams focus on building the next generation of products in the healthcare sector, the delivery head will focus on how to provide the value that the customer demands of our embedded analytics solution.

Job Requirements

- Demonstrated the skill to deliver multiple customer engagements with deep learning and progressive growth

- Demonstrated individual capacity to influence process improvements

- Demonstrated leadership skills to represent the teams when dealing with the account managers/product heads/CTO

- Capability to follow thru, articulate risks at all levels and close the risks with the required stake holders

- Understand the challenges of building application that are sensitive to memory, bandwidth, latency and tough performance constraints. Has relevant metrics to talk about it.

- Decently conversant with web technologies like Java/J2ee, Java Script, XML, DOM/SAX Parsers, Swings, HTML, CSS, HTTP/s, Jboss, JSP, XML, DB (SQL, Oracle, DB2), DMS, Web Services, LDAP

- Understanding of platform architectures and product development environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as exemplified by clear technical approach, issue explanation, documentation of knowledge, and effective intra- and inter-group communication

- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning, negotiation and analytical skills

- Impeccable planning and organizational skills, self-starter with initiative and direction. Has AGILE experience

- Must have a proven track record of success; have a strong sense of quality ownership and customer advocacy

- Strong experience driving tactical objectives in an assertive, fast growing, mission-critical Product organization

- Preferably led a team of 15-25 members

- Ability to motivate, coach and mentor people, instill accountability and achieve results

Job Responsibility:

- Leads the customer delivery projects by displaying both execution and technical leadership

- Accurately assesses customer expectations and translates them to deliverables that meet business needs

- Provides metrics to measure execution and continuous improvement

- Understand the efforts across the deliverables and identify areas for productivity improvements across multiple deliveries

- Stays current with the progress on the platform and the product releases

- Heads the customer engineering team and identifies opportunities for feedback across multiple teams

- Resolves operational issues and acts as a single point of escalation

- Responsible for customer Satisfaction and relationship building. Resource Utilization, Quality management.

- Takes productivity and organization growth initiatives and deliver then them end to end

- Evaluates and anticipates impact of technical solutions, customizations and end user experiences

- Maintain the project and technical artifacts required to track the deliverables

- Translates technical solutions based on client's needs and feasibility

- Ensures high quality, adherence to standards and best practices, high performance, and scalable, repeatable processes and deliverables

- Provides Product knowledge and expertise to the organization
