Key Deliverables:  Define and rollout digital strategy for all brands based on consumer and technology understanding				  Define and create digital footprint by developing marketing programs that deliver on brand objectives				  Monitor the market and the consumer (trends, insights) and to propose and lead the execution of digital plans which address trends and drive the category		  Drive eCommerce agenda with the eCommerce team.  Timely execution of launch plans	  Lead the regional digital communication development and ensure all digital deliverables ready on-time.   Achievement of digital marketing KPIs	  Monitor market indicators, emerging technology trends and improve consumer awareness and/or engagement parameters with digital marketing eCommerce targets for Infant Nutrition	   Merge opportunities in medical detailing that can be enabled digitally & upcoming/new/existing technology solutions to deliver a superior,  differentiated experience to build brand preference				  Experience Required:  Over a sustained period of time must have demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategy and delivering results		  Experience in Brand Management & Digital Marketing		  Experience in Infant Formula / Pharmaceutical / OTC Healthcare / Functional Food & Beverage; Experience in the Super Premium / Premium Category is an advantage		  Experience of working in a complex, matrix environment with the ability to influence those outside the circle of direct authority  Experience in conceptualizing and executing digital communication marketing plans and executing related campaigns
