Digital Analytics Role - Across Levels - Banking Captive

Role- Digital Analytics (Across Levels)

Experience- 1-10 Years relevant experience (Mid & Senior Levels are also open)

Job Location- Bangalore

Education- (Any) Relevant first degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science or any quantitative area or Masters (quantitative background). A Masters in a related discipline would be of value.

Job Responsibilities:

- Relevant years of analytical experience focused primarily in digital analytics in online retail, travel or banking/finance would be a plus.

- Hands on experience working with solutions such as Adobe Analytics/ Omniture, Adobe Target, Webtrends, Celebrus, etc. Understanding of Digital Analytics ecosystem with various plays and optimization approaches to enhance digital experience and related revenues.

- Good knowledge of data modeling and predictive analytics concepts and programming experience using one or more data modeling tools (SAS, R, SPSS, etc.) preferred.

- Experience with data visualization tools (tableau, SAS VA, QlikView, etc.) would be a plus.

- Strong execution with a view to run an agile process for digital analytics - generating hypothesis, running experiments, robust process for A/B testing and timely sharing of outcomes/insights business, etc.

- Operate as a part of a global team that can work with different markets in various digital development.

- Delivering best in class analytic support to the Global Digital team for global, regional and market specific initiatives.
