Reports to : Chief Operations Officer
Coordinates with : Center Heads, HR Heads ( Centers), Corporate F&A Team
Location : Head Office at Noida
Supervises : Human Resources Teams at our Centers at 8 locations across the country
Position Responsibilities :
- Develop Human Capital Strategy and tactical programs to meet the business objectives; in alignment with the long range and annual plans of the business
- Review and analyze business unit/ center wise HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- To lead and support the development and implementation of HR policy across all areas of the organisation including improving performance, maximizing attendance and providing effective management of change.
- Accountable for leadership recruitment as well as mass recruitment actions in terms of efficiency, quality, speed and internal customer satisfaction
- Make proper arrangements for the effective recruitment of personnel to maintain the capacity and capability of the organisation.
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures and Drive alignment across centers to ensure consistent application of processes, principles and programs
- Designing/fine tuning of HR systems, where the center seeks such support/ intervention
- Job descriptions and Job evaluations for Top / Critical roles within the organization.
- Review and update Career Management, Promotion and IJP Policy
- Process Owner and SPOC for Employee Engagement Survey; Action Planning and Review of Action Plans
- Design, Develop and Deploy Employee Retention & Engagement framework for the businesses
- Collaborate with local HR Teams for implementing the key initiatives of Employee engagement & Retention
- Plan and manage both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling
Essential :
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
- Passion for technology, especially tools and data that enable efficiency
- Able to generate new ideas and solutions to problems by challenging the status quo and conventional thinking
