Digi Lantern - Sales Business Head - IIM/XLRI/TISS/FMS/ISB

Responsibilities:

- Own regional ownership of business results for Pharma

- Will be responsible for generating "demand" for Pharma orders for Digital Marketing through BTL marketing activities

- Will recruit and develop a team of managers under him/her.

Experience:

- Prior sales/ P&L experience for at least 10 years

- Should have led a team of 2 - 5 managers before

- Exposure to Pharmacy chains/ Pharmaceutical industry preferred

Skills/ Knowledge:

- Good people manager and communicator

- History of taking business decisions on his volition/ behest

- Experience in handling local FDA would be valuable and preferred

Education:

- Graduation and MBA from Tier 1 institutes

- Should be in top 30% of his class
