Operations Manager/ Sr. Delivery Manager

Job description:

- Involved in the day to day activities of the management, and also the activities of the off shore unit, excellent people skills, capable of handling big teams which include sales, recruiting / resourcing & administration.

- Experience in handling team of 25 plus recruiters and sales, and be responsible for their output delivery and act as one point contact between the onsite and the offshore, to ensure smooth flow and functioning.

- To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.

- Involved in new employee recruitment, and constantly training of fresh recruits, retention strategies, and constantly motivating employees in bringing the best out of them, participate in daily and weekly meetings to make sure that the said performance is attained

- Achievement of New Business Targets

- Monitor the sales and recruiting team, and ensure that their monthly targets are met, suggest and implement strategies for new h1b hiring and also for h1b transfers.

- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas, preparing requirement of knowledge, skill & attitude for each position & conducting selection process.

- Structured schedule for induction / orientation of new hires / upgraded employees to monitor for proper awareness about the people in family and processes.

Other Required Skills

- Strong grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc.

- Understanding of common foreign national work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc.

- Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.)

- Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets

- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or maintenance of Requirement Logs in spreadsheets is highly desired

- Candidate must be able to demonstrate a respectable placement record at previous employers and give references for validation

- High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced recruiters

- Candidate should have high network & clean market reputation with a strong desire to grow professionally.

- Excellent business track record & Leadership.
