Diageo India - Treasury & Accounts Professional - CA/ICWA (3-5 yrs)

The duties and responsibilities of the role include:
1. Debt Management & Servicing
- Monitoring and dynamically managing Maturity Profile of Debt Portfolio as per the funding needs
- Negotiation of Interest Rates and Key terms with Banks on Loans
- Interest computation and Accounting
- Ensure Debt servicing / rollover on due date
- Monitoring and review of Fund and Non Fund Based Limits and Utilization
2. Preparation and periodical review of Forecast and Financial Model for Capita Structure and Funding Strategy
3. Reporting:
- Preparation of Debt MIS
- Preparation of Treasury BPM Deck
- Preparation of Treasury Reports for Treasury Review / Board Meetings.
4. Compliance
- Preparation and submission of Stock Statement, Annexure I & III, and other required statements and reports to Banks periodically
- Coordination and ensure compliance with Sox, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit
- Good understanding of relevant rules and regulations for Treasury Functions (SEBI / Fema)
5. Automation: Automation of Treasury Activities with the help of IT / Counterparties.
Specific Skill Set : Strong Analytical, presentation and communication Skills, Team Player, Collaborative.
Qualification: CA/ICWA
