Position Summary:
This position serves as the mid to senior level executive for the joint venture life insurance company. Responsibilities include:
- Collection management and banking operations
- Working capital management
- Management of key banking relationships
- Complete responsibility for Investments back office and mid office function
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Accounting, Regulatory reporting and Audit of Investment function
- Oversight on back office accounting and NAV process
- Overall responsibility for handling Investments mid office function- compliance with IRDA Investment guidelines
- Monitor liquidity and credit risk for Investment function
- Implementation and review of guidelines laid down by Investment Committee
- Working closely with Investments-Front office

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance)
Experience:
- 7-8 years in a Financial Services industry. Experience with Insurance companies preferred.
Key Technical Competencies:
- Sound understanding of Investment back and mid office processes
- Understanding on Regulatory matters related to Investment function
- Ability to read/analyze financial statements
Key Behavioural Competencies:

- Ability to manage diverse team
