DHFL Pramerica - Senior Manager - Corporate Communication (5-10 yrs)
Position Summary:
- This person will manage responsibility for complete planning and implementation of the overall Corporate Communication strategy for DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Ltd. (DPLI).
This person will report to AVP (Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a communications strategy and design an integrated communications plan that meets company business and brand-building objectives
- Persistently seek opportunities to establish and build a positive corporate identity for DPLI
- Identify and leverage innovative public relations opportunities, media alliances and partnerships by working closely with the PR agency. Monitor performance of the media agency
- Manage media relations, in case of a crisis
- Write employee communications, briefing documents, announcements, contributory articles, presentations, speeches, newsletters etc.
- Plan and steer CSR campaign/s to project DPLI as a socially responsible corporate
- Manage responsibility for complete planning and implementation of the Internal Communication strategy
Job Specifications:
Qualifications:
- MBA/ Degree in Mass Communications, with at least 7 years of work experience in a public relations/ corporate communications role.
Experience:
- Candidates of experience in media relations or working in PR teams of financial services companies, or working in PR firms will be preferred.
Key Technical Competencies:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Understanding of the media landscape (digital, print, broadcast) with strong media relations with key journalists
- Knowledge of online media and its effective usage
