Dharma Life is looking to recruit Senior Manager Market Activation who will conceptualize, create and execute the Marketing and Communication Strategy aligned with the overall business goals of Dharma Life.

He/ She will report to the Marketing Head.

Role Summary :

- The Senior Manager Market Activation he/she will be responsible for working and supporting on a dynamic marketing strategy, media strategy, and creative synergy with all other functions to raise the visibility of Dharma Life that will maximize sales, profit and social impact.

- Drive Dharma Life brand, products and service brands through activities among village-level entrepreneurs, end consumers, and potential partners aligned with social causes.

- Work on generating new business

- Work closely with channel and sales, training and category teams to ensure consistent business growth geared towards achieving the Dharma Life's 2020 vision.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Support the marketing and communication strategy to achieve the organizations business goals and associated revenue targets

- Create new business development opportunity for the company among potential product partners through effective marketing communication pitch; coordinate with category team as art of the business development process while ensuring the development of quality, creative, compelling and targeted proposals

- Manage and comply with a brand governance program. Maintain the visual and editorial brands identity and style standards in all communication vehicles, including web site, print and digital

- Management of ATL & BTL activities in collaboration with sales team and external alliances.

- Study global marketing trends in the rural space for social impact, competition benchmarking, market share analysis and loss of opportunity review. Keep track of competitor's marketing strategies. Constant monitoring of Brand Health status

- Manage overall marketing and communication budget based on the historical data, projections and actual expenditure

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor degree with post graduate qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication or related subject is required.

- 7-10 years experience in marketing and communication with reputed companies with expertise in marketing design, inspiring communication, field execution and its impact on the business

- Business development

- A resourceful self-starter. Display an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-pace, start-up environment

- Culturally sensitive and has experience in empowering team-members, and driving team members toward results and accountability

- Excellent attention to detail

- Intellectually insightful and creative yet analytically rigorous

- Excellent standard of written and verbal communication

- Travel Requirement

- Should be able to travel within and outside the country as required in order to meet vendors, key stakeholders and other Dharma Life team members, as per business necessity
