- Making Strategy & planning for the project to achieve the goal.

- Responsible for creating an alliance with various stakeholders at national level & Local Level.

- Creating a network of Change Makers and imparting their training.

- Undertake extensive field visits for Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects along conducting community meetings.

- Responsible for developing and managing the business plan, program objectives, introducing the business capabilities and securing expected business deliverables according to strategy.

- Worked closely with senior management, leading the effort to fulfill the commitment to CSR. Work on strategy, policy development, program development, goal setting, reporting and internal management systems.

- Expertise in implementing Capacity Building, Education, Health & Sanitation and Community Development Projects

- Integrated initiatives to enhance the human capital, economic capital, social capital and natural capital of all concerned stakeholders.

- Project Formulation, planning & Management & implementation of the project at filed.
