Incumbent would be responsible for handling entire gamut of tax matter including Direct taxes (Income Tax, TDS, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing etc.) as well as Indirect Taxes (VAT, Service Tax,etc.). This includes the entire India geography   - The incumbent should have hands on exposure to US GAAP and Indian GAAP reporting.   - Should have worked on Analysis of FIN 48 & FAS 106 positions and preparation of its supporting documentation  - Would be handling a team of 3-4 accounting experts.  Position would report into Head - Taxation
