About our Client - Our client has been a path breaker in the clean energy sector. Gear less technology, an energy-efficient grid feeding system and long-lasting warp resistant blades are just cases in point. They are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition specialist to lead their people strategy in India.

Job Description: Reporting into the Head HR and managing a large team, your responsibilities will include:

- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business line - manufacturing, project sites and corporate

- Put in place SOPs and define the recruitment strategy

- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business and accomplish the Quality hiring in time

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans

- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools

- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing

- Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years experience in the Energy/Manufacturing sector.

- Exposure to Talent Acquisition strategy across sales, corporate and plant levels are mandatory for this role.

- Experience of putting in place policies / improving existing policies around talent acquisition and performance management are desired.

- MBA / MLS from premier institutes. Good communication skills and fluency in Marathi is desired.
