Employer: Leading Telecom Operator

Role: Wireless SCM Operations Head

Reports to : Operations Head

Key Decision to be taken by this Role:

- This role owner is required to put a process and frame work to bring synergies and control within the Wireless business.

- He will be looking into Ordering or material and channelizing it to the right circle and right time looking into project timeline and execution.

Apart from this the role will include following:

- Handling Wireless operations across India and South Asia for Network materials planning

- To conceptualize, develop and drive operational efficiencies and vendor management in order to significantly enhance the business performance

- Alignment with Sourcing for entire wireless procurement and execution

- Contract Management, Partner Relations, Dispute resolution, Payouts & Contract Governance for MNG suppliers

- Monthly, Quarterly Reconciliations for 2G/3G/LTE / MW/ PACO/ MS/ AMC contracts

- Contract Lifecycle execution (Contract hard closure and implementation of New Contract model)

- Material delivery in line with Rollout

- Audit support during quarterly audits

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities):

- Contract Management for Large Capacity, Services and Annual Maintenance contract of Active Electronics 2G/3G/LTE / MW/ PACO/ MS/ AMC contracts

- Conflict resolution between NSG and SP in line with Contract framework.

- Perform quarterly reconciliation and monthly payments

- Understanding new contracts / one time Network requirements and implementing same

- Ensuring Material delivery in line with Rollout requirements

- Process automation for PO tagging, Box Payments & reconciliation

Major Challenges :

- Identify gaps in existing contracts and work closely with Sourcing to address them

- Understand new commercial models and develop processes and working level agreements to implement the contract

- Major supplier reco and payout for critical Network supplier on monthly and Quarterly basis
