Looking for DGM Supply Chain for Kenya location for our FMCG client .   Job Location : Kenya   Educational Qualification :  - The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree from Premier Institutes only (specialized in Supply Chain / Operations) -2008/2009 pass outs only   - 6-7 years of relevant experience within FMCG / Manufacturing industry. Africa experience will be added advantage (not mandatory)   - The incumbent should be strong on business orientation, execution, managed change projects and well developed ability in influencing senior business leaders.   Job Description :   - Defining and implementing processes for efficient SCM (S&OP, IT processes, and infrastructure).   - Identify and execute cost reduction projects and process improvements (six sigma, Lean, Low cost automation).   - Efficiently manage manufacturing /logistics /planning / procurement/ inventory management to ensure product availability.   - Drive continuous improvement of supply chain performance for Kenya using market data and best in class supply chain practices.   - Own and drive key performance indicators for supply chain (such as on time delivery, cost, service levels).   - Support expansion of distribution network for better availability.   - Domestic and Export order management - Planning and fulfillment.   - To make new products available for launch as per annual growth plan.   Anagha  Walk In Solutions
