Job Purpose  Supervision and Control of Stores Functions  - Incoming Raw Material AGF, Chloroform, Sulphuric Acid, Oleum etc..  - Incoming Stores consumables, spares, structural, equipments, instruments, electrical materials etc..  - Incoming utility materials fuels, boiler chemicals, ETP chemicals etc.  - Dispatches of Domestic supplies  - Dispatches of Export consignments  - Disposal of Scrap  Education- B. Tech with Material Management (preferred)  Accountabilities & Major Activities  Inventory Management To maintain minimize / minimum ratio of all types of material  Disposal of non - moving Items. (Items of which self life expired, which are not used for more than 5 years) Identification of such items, its approval from management & disposal with authentic documents  Periodical Audit Inventory Preparation of audit report and its compliance.  Safety Follow, adopt and implement the Safety Rules and regulations   MIS Reports Circulation of MIS reports on Raw material on monthly basis   Building capabilities of Office Staff   Upkeep the material conditions by applying Rust Preventive, Oil and Greasing to Brgs and other components   Functional SKills-  Soft Skills - Computer Literecy, known to SAP - MM MODULES, ORACLES MM Programmes.  Good Techno-commercial knowledge  Good decision making, interpersonal and negotiation skills, Good communication,   Ability to handle higher Responsibilities and adjust in New environment.  Good negotiation skills.
