Role overview

The incumbent would be responsible for RFX solution ownership for large bids submission and Presales technical support involving interaction with enterprise customers and sales business solutions teams for understanding customer requirements and network architecture for providing best fit techno commercial solution proposal.

CCNA/CCNP is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities::

- Customer RFX responses and complete responsibility of technical aspects of large bid submission so as to provide optimum techno-commecrcial solution for winning the bids.

- Ownership of the technical presales cycle in support of the sales including demonstrations, presentations, rfx responses and workshops.

- Customer solution design including managed network service offerings.

- Interaction with network and procurement teams for getting best possible network costs for large bids.

- Network solution presentations and technical engagement with customers.

- Solution implementation support and post sales technical support in terms of providing solution inputs to technical implementation teams.

- Enhance customer satisfaction levels by meeting customer expectations, following up issues, and resolving problems.

- Maintain technical competence by keeping abreast of new technologies, practices and procedures.

- Work closely with stakeholders on new stream of managed offering solutions - managed voice, managed security etc.

Desired Profile:

15 - 20 years of experience

Education & Certifications B.E/B.Tech, MCA.Certifications - CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIS.

Key Skills

- Data Communication Network Skills - Experience on Routing, Switching and MPLS VPN's.

- Deep technical knowledge on LAN/WAN, SNMP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Multicast, L2/L3 VPN- s, IP SLA, VoIP, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Security and Managed Network Service Offerings.

- Presales skills and Bid management skills

- Excellent communication (written and oral), organizational and time management skills

- Leadership skills
