Qualifications: PG in HR from a premier institute
- Managerial level candidates with a minimum 8-15 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Take responsibility for conceptualization and implementation of the entire OD and strategic change initiatives.
- Design and deliver in house workshops and seminars
- Develop competency based framework across the organization
- Identify KPIs at organizational and departmental level.
- Succession Planning etc
