DGM- SERVICE EXCELLENCE   (Training Management & Service Quality)   - Healthcare Domain Experience  - Training Management  - Experience, Skill Sets & Role  - Setting a clear vision for training function and driving the team to achieve the same  - 13 to 15 Years of proven work experience as a training manager in BPM / ITeS (preferably non voice) out of which 3-5 years in Healthcare Training and supporting business operations of 2000+ employees  - Support in content development activities including new content creation and refreshing existing content, through various models / methodologies like MOOC / ADDIE etc.  - Exceeding and setting new industry standards in Training Yield/RHQ, Training quality  - Exposure to various Automation, Tools & Techniques, RPAs would be preferred  - Deploy a wide variety of training methodology / Models / Tools & Techniques for faster learning  - Supporting existing businesses in up skilling employee quality and productivity (includes refresher trainings)   - Leading new process/business migration - Identification of minimum skills, knowledge transfer, TTT, resource management etc.  - Should create and manage a training budget, ensuring that Training operations are within budget.  - Develop training dashboards for management reviews  - Demonstrated Analytical skills : Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically  - Familiarity with Six sigma, Lean management etc., would be an added advantage  - Excellent communication and leadership skills  - Internal and external customer relationship management   - Proven client management experience   - Flexible to work covering US time zones  - Ability to manage Training function across multiple centers across India  - Willing to travel across different locations across pan India for Business needs  Service Quality :  - 3-5 years in Healthcare and currently leading the Quality management function in ITeS / BPM Industry preferably in non voice and supporting business operations of 2000+ employees.   - Proficient with Six Sigma (DMAIC), statistical tools and Minitab   - Exposure to various Automation, Tools & Techniques, RPAs would be preferred  - Deploy a wide variety of Quality methodology / Models / Tools & Techniques for faster learning  - Thorough knowledge Sampling techniques   - Exposure to various national and international Quality standards  - Lead Six Sigma Projects to deliver targeted results.  - Develop Quality dashboard for management review  - Should create and manage a Quality function budget, ensuring that Quality Function operations are within budget.  - Demonstrated Analytical skills : Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically  - Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress and for identification of opportunities.  - Excellent problem solving and program management skills with a logical approach  - Supporting existing businesses in up skilling employee quality through various Quality management techniques   - Building systems and processes to enable faster learning curve for new businesses  - Excellent communication and leadership skills  - Internal and external customer relationship management   - Flexible to work in US time zones  - Proven client management experience   - Ability to manage Quality Management function across multiple centers in India  - Willing to travel across different locations across pan India for Business needs  Desired Candidate Profile/Education :  UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization  PG : Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization  Industry : ITeS / BPM  Functional Area : Service Quality   Role Category : Senior Management
