DGM/Senior Manager - Marketing/Branding - Tractors & Farm Equipment (10-15 yrs)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Brand manager for a tractor organization, passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that will establish the brand's reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth

Key Accountabilities:

- Create brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to - take action

- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues

- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy

- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

- Ensuring leverage of digital platforms for Branding and creating the brand buzz through social media.

Integrated marketing communications plan, including Marketing calendar in close coordination with Agencies, Product Management, Sales team

Knowledge of ATL & BTL media and how to use it in brand plans

Briefing the agency; Evaluation of creative

Local adaptations of brand materials as per regional needs

Brand activations with result-orientation and time and cost ownership

- Developing Execution Plan with Roles & responsibilities

- Timeline adherence to execute on-ground plans

- Monitoring and publishing dashboard for all ongoing activities

Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Marketing / Sales with understanding of the appropriate marketing tools and principles

- Strong interface / stakeholder management skills and proven ability to work with influence and lead diverse teams outside the line as well as delivering results through others.
