Job Profile :
- Manage The Plant HR / IR Function
- Manage Industrial Relations specific to Wage Settlement and Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Manage Multiple Unions and Negotiations with them
- Will be involved in Industrial Wage Settlement under 18 (1) / 12 (3)
- Maintain Harmonious Industrial Relations & Increase in Productivity.
- Represented before Legal Authority- Labor Court, ADCL, ACL
- Reports to Corporate Senior VP - HR and Administrative Reporting to Plant Head.
- Looking at profiles (Male candidates) with 18+ yrs of exp and strong IR background having worked in Wage Settlement 18 (1) or 12 (3), multi unionized work environments
- Well versed with industrial legislations and labour legislations.
- Industrial Relations professional with effective experience in Handled Multiple Unions, Strong Negotiation Skills, Handled Strike situations, Handled lock-out and lay-off situations, Handling Employees Grievances, conducted domestic enquiries, Taking care of Employees welfare.
- Skilled communicator with excellent man management, relationship management, leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills. Flair for interacting with people
Education : Edu. Qualifications- MSW HR / MHRM / 2 Year Full Time Regular Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from any reputed university (First class (Above 60% throughout academic without any arrears history from in UG or PG)
Language - Should be able to read and write Tamil as this position will involve local level governmental interaction as well.
