DGM - Sales & Marketing - Mcommerce (6-10 yrs)
Objective: Responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the business in the circle
KRA's
- P&L owner for the circles with responsibility of strategic and operational aspects of the circle
- Rollout of demand generation programs for various use-cases to enable targeted acquisition of customers
- Acquisition of customers across various use cases through marketing and sales program
- Ensuring right quality of customers acquired across the zones
- Getting new B2C and B2B merchant signed up cross identified use-cases as per national strategy
- People management with sales and functional team reporting to the incumbent
Must have:
- Full time MBA from Tier 1 B school (between batch of 2004-2006)
Location: Lucknow
Preferable Industry: Banking Card Industry, Payment Industry, Telecom Mobile Wallet companies.
