Experienced sales professionals (3-5 years) in Industrial/B2B sales.
Role Expectations:
- Should be able to drive Sales team of 20 persons with scientific tools. (This experience & Performance is Must)
- Lead and support a Sales team which include fresh premier institute MBA's stationed over several locations all over India.
- Use coaching leadership and other performance management tools to drive superior team performance.
- Team should deliver at least 10MW or more in sales target in the year.
- Willingness to travel & ability to close the deals.
- Manage tight sales budget with strict monitoring.

- Ability to engage with CXO's of small medium enterprises and build long term relationships with them
