Role : Banking Risk and Compliance

Designation : Deputy Group Manager

Qualification : Graduate, Any Specialization PG: MBA/PGDM -HR/Industrial Relations

Location : Bangalore

We are looking for incumbent who will be responsible for handling - Identifying the Risks involved in managing client and our internal processes, perform regular FMEA or similar assessments and define the mitigants and control points, work with the larger audit team to conduct the audits and assessments (including selfs and declarations) to ensure compliance to the policies and procedures defined. This role will also front end with all our clients during their assessment, audits and in understanding their requirements and in defining any specific process controls that is required to ensure compliance. This role will also be working with the business development team in responding to the RFI/RFP's for the Risk and Control specific responses.

ESSENTIAL JOB ELEMENTS

- Drive site-consistency across all sites to ensure standardization of all Policies and Practices

- Identify Process and /or Policy gaps and implement actions to close the same

- Collaborate with the Client Risk team to strategize on Risk Framework for the account

- Implement & execute a robust Risk Governance across sites

- Provide an independent and autonomous Risk oversight to the Delivery team

- Support the business in delivering sustainable growth by providing Early-Warnings of Risk related issues

- Subject Matter Expert on Risk & Compliance

- Work with all stakeholders to help take informed Risk-Decisions supported by a consistent Risk- focused culture

- Identify trends in MI collected, highlighting issues and submitting recommendations for action

- Handling escalations (if any)
