Role: Head- Retail (Pan India)

Designation - DGM

Location : Mumbai

Reporting : VP- Sales

Job profile:

- Main responsibilities for primary and secondary sales at store level & Achieving goals and targets set by the management.

- Renovation of old showrooms Pan India

- Ensuring that day to day problem faced by retail stores are solved

- Monitoring Coordination of Visual Merchandising at shop level

- Monitoring monthly stock count, store merchandising, goods in transit tracking

- Ensuring statutory compliance's at all stores PAN-India.

- Responsible for POS / Vending Machines/IT Coordination's for each stores

- All Statutory know hows and coordination with respective departments

- Monitor functioning and performance of all stores PAN-India.

- Monitoring Control and loss and pilferage

- Compile all requirements in store before making it operational

Required Candidature:

- Should have vast experience in managing operations of both COCO and FOFO formats.

- Should have hands on experience in project management/execution (new store opening).

- Must possess excellent merchandising skill.

- Should be proficient in statutory knowledge, SOP know how and creation.

- Should have good knowledge about product and market
