DGM - Quality & Transformation - F&A Processes - BPO (10-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Will Work closely with customers and Business leaders to drive Process Transformation initiatives for F&A processes.
- Will be responsible to drive culture of Operational Excellence and Customer Centricity across the function.
- Will use and Leverage Lean Six Sigma to drive effectiveness on business metrics.
- Build strong relations with internal and external teams
Requirements:
- Transformation experience into Finance with knowledge of Lean six Sigma
- Global Exposure with Stakeholder Management experience.
- Knowledge of ITES Industry.
