Currently we have an opportunity with one of the leading real estate organisation based in Mumbai/BKC for the role "DGM" in Project Co-Ordination   Report to : (Head-Corporate Affairs-Sr.GM) or (MD)  Job Description :  Planning :  Develop level-wise programmes/schedules as per requirement & ensure implementation  Monitoring & Review :  - Track achievement of design, approvals, procurement & execution milestones/deliverable  - Project level time/cost and co-ordination to ensure things happen or identify issues which have to be escalated  - Go in depth on various dates committed in HOD meeting to ensure that reasonable assumptions have been taken into account and identify issues/risks in achieving the dates  Co-ordination :  - Liaising with various stakeholders (internal - Design, Liaison, Projects, Sales teams, etc & external : consultants, contractors, vendors, etc) to facilitate them with required updates in identifying, raising and resolving issues which affect project progress  - Organize/attend regular co-ordination meetings/construction progress meetings  Making it happen :  - Visiting sites, discussing with various departments to have feeling on possible issues/gaps in co-ordination  - Alternative scenarios to be developed for proper decision making  - Escalating issues till it is resolved and implemented to relevant levels  If anyone keen then please help me with your updated resume with your current CTC as soon as possible so according to that i can discuses further.  Nisha Shah Researcher See & Recruit | +919821135935 | +91 22 40680466
