Location : Delhi, also responsible for Pune project, India
Dimension - Project Size - To develop Logistic Park on 110 acres land,
- Facilities to create - CFS, Rail Sidings, Trailers platforms, Warehouse,
- Main contractors - Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Utilities,
Structural, Project consultants.
- Project Locations - Palwal and Pune, India
- Govt Bodies - Environment, Town Planning, Railways, State Land
Revenue, State Industries dept., Shops & Establishment, etc.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
1. To classify the different project actions, analyse their interdependency and source data of capable vendors who can deliver the projects on time with quality within the cost limits and meeting all the regulatory parameters.
2. To finalise the project specifications and parameters in terms of job, quality, time lines, economic levels, regulatory requirements, etc and drive tender execution process.
3. To define detailed process for vendor evaluation.
4. To negotiate and finalise the best vendors and secure best of prices for work and materials and draw a full proof contract between vendor and company protecting company’s interests with regards to quality, delivery schedule, cost, payment schedule, guarantee, indemnity, etc.
5. To communicate the contract to all internal customers accurately explaining each relationship and responsibility.
6. To obtain permissions from the concerned regulatory authority for smooth and uninterrupted project progress and completion in compliance with all the legal parameters.
7. To facilitate the material and vendors’ bills re-conciliation to arrive at accurate bills payable.
8. To ensure compliance with all the tax laws, civic laws and other applicable laws.
Salary: INR 27,50,000 - 35,00,000 P.A
