MBA (Tier -1 College) with 12 + years of experience in product development and management. The candidate should have good experience in product portfolio management.

The candidate will be responsible for :

- Identifying mechanism of market sensing system building, maintenance & Execution

- Preparation of annual business plan for the entire range of the Product Category as per the overall strategic direction of the management

- Prepare model wise sales planning & forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly)

- Responsible for market share, quantities, value and gross margin targets for the product category.

KRAs

- Will be responsible for annual business plan for the Product Category

- Enhance Brand Image & Visibility

- Will ensure return on Investments.
