Position: DGM - Process Safety  Location: Jambusar (Gujarat)  Experience: 15- 20 Yrs  Qualification: BE/B Tech/B Sc. And PDIS  Key Responsibilities Areas:  - Implementation of Standard operating procedure (SOP's) for various activities.  - Incident report & Near miss reports with corrective and preventive action.  - Preliminary hazard analysis; HAZOP Examination & Reporting.  - Carry out internal safety audit and compliance of the recommendation.  - To procure necessary safety equipment including PPE's and FFE's.  - Guide the plant personnel to trouble shoot problems faced towards Environment protection/ safety improvement.  - Operation and maintenance of Incinerators (a. Fluidized Bed, b. Stationary) and ETP having all primary, secondary and tertiary treatment facility, commissioning of Triple Effect Forced circulation Evaporator.  - Dealing with legal and statutory requirements including Environmental Clearance, NOC, Consents, Authorization, Cess, Environmental Audit/Statements, Hazardous waste etc. and technical liasioning with State and Central Pollution Control Board.   - Coordinating and Facilitating on activities like Safety and Environmental audits, HAZOP, Plant Safety Inspections, Tool Box Talk, Incident investigation & root cause analysis and follow-up for corrective actions on recommendations, Safety Committee meetings, Work Permits revision and enforcement, mockdrills, housekeeping systems etc.
